“We recently painted a fire station, a project that used about 100 gallons of Mirrolac-Speed™ paint in two different colors. We painted the ceiling and all the walls of the station on one day. The next day, we taped off a four-foot chair-rail line. Unlike with latex paints, the tape didn’t damage the finish of the newly painted wall at all. In this environment where the engines are started frequently, there is a lot of grime and soot, but with Mirrolac-Speed™ there was no bleed back. Given it’s a paint, it has decent stain-killing properties.
